Project Manager/Business Analyst 

Role Overview:

The Project Manager/Business Analyst is responsible for overseeing the project, ensuring its successful execution, and aligning technical development with business objectives. They collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.


  • Gather and document project requirements from stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and teams.
  • Ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members.
  • Monitor project progress and address issues or risks.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and quality assurance specialists.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the project team.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration).
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Proven experience in project management and business analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of educational technology and e-learning platforms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance.
